Very helpful staff, two sinks and a bathtub in the bathroom, decent sized room, comfortable mattress. Excellent communication and attentive staff. Fresh coffee available in the morning. Limited but vegan-friendly options. Pizzeria across the street with great prices. Free parking available. Clean and spacious rooms with A/C. Close to a mid-size Carrefour.
Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

Convenient location just 9 miles from the airport, perfect for a weekend getaway. It's worth staying here and checking out the Barona district! 🌟

Unbelievable breakfast spread, staff is incredibly friendly, and rooms are stunningly comfortable and cleaned daily. Bus stop right outside to easily access the metro. GREAT value for money near the motorway, with no noise pollution.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Problems with internet and hotel rather old fashioned.

Breakfast was good, good coffee and a variety of pastries, fruit, sausage. A large room, although we found an extra bed that we had not requested. . The staff was friendly.
The room smelled bad because the bathroom reeked of pipes. As we were on the top floor we didn't have an elevator to the same floor. Accessibility to the fitting was bad, a very small hole. . . The communication with the center of the city was bad, there was only one bus and it did not operate from 9 p.m. even though it was a weekend. You could not go downtown for dinner because to return you had to take a taxi and near the hotel there was only a pizzeria with which, according to the hotel, they had an agreement, but they denied it. The air conditioning/heating was difficult to understand and in fact we could not get it to be hot, at least inside the bed we were not cold.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Milanofiori mall and close to the subway station for easy access to the city center. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, while the courteous staff and delicious breakfast make for an enjoyable stay.
One downside is the lack of in-room safe and the slight highway noise.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with my requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfy beds that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and vegan-friendly choices. I was also impressed with the location of the hotel, situated in a pleasant residential area with free parking available. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent value for money, making my stay even more enjoyable.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of options including delicious pastries and coffee. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with our needs. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the main shopping district and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the free parking that was available.
The carpets in the hallways were in need of a good clean and there was a slight musty smell in our room. The shower pressure was low and the hot water took a while to warm up.

The staff was cooperative and friendly.
The room was not extremely clean and it was small. We reserved a room for three persons but this indeed was a room for two with an extra bed.

The beds were comfortable with good linen, which made for a pleasant night's sleep during our Christmas stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transport options, allowing us to explore the city easily.- We also enjoyed the variety of options offered at breakfast, with delicious pastries and fruits to start our day.
The elevators were quite small and we often found ourselves waiting for a while to use them, especially considering we were on the higher floors. One major issue was the flooded bathroom we encountered during our stay.
